Maintenance Contracts

Early in its history the company was involved in maintenance work for a variety of important clients. We were successful in winning major contracts with the MoD which proved to be the beginning of our Maintenance Division. The care we provide and the responsibility we take has ensured that our Maintenance Division has shared in our success. These are activities which we have long realised require client confidence with regard to security and safety issues. The result of this widespread experience and trust has lead to the development of the Division to include contracts with Manchester University , the Defence Housing Executive for domestic housing throughout the North West & Wales as well as the MoD for its bases in the same area.

Our Maintenance Division is a highly mobile and dedicated team with its own transport fleet. It is organised to provide complete satisfaction through a quick response and a good understanding of the clients' individual needs. It is important that our building skills harmonise with security systems and any constraints which require minimum disruption to the clients' activities.

Small Works

In recent years we have become increasingly aware of the demand to carry out high quality building work on a smaller scale. We have developed a dedicated team to undertake small projects ranging from domestic residential repairs and refurbishments to the re-fitting of shops.

Through our dedicated team we have maintained our personal touch and created a Small Works Division ensuring, as always, a close attention to detail and high quality workmanship. We are able to share our vast experience and carry out smaller projects requiring just the same high standard of work.
