Property Developers

In September 2006 we completed works on our first project in ‘property development'. After purchasing a derelict plot of land in the town of Glossop, Derbyshire, plans were drawn up to create a small development of 14 luxury apartments. Every effort was made to make sure the design of the development was in keeping with the area.  The apartments have been constructed in local natural stone with Ashlar features, sash windows have been used as well as blue slate roofs to blend in with the traditional style of the surrounding buildings.  The apartments are situated in a central location close to local amenities and just a short walk to the train station. The project has proved to be very successful and most of the apartments have now been sold.
