Timber Frame Developments

Ian Martin have secured contracts for two luxury apartment developments in Warrington and Llangollen.  These timber frame developments see us working for the first time with this increasingly popular sustainable construction system in residential development. We have secured a close relationship with Eleco Building Components Limited on both projects and we are very keen to continue to work in developing similar projects in the near future.

We are currently on site at both projects. We have recently seen in Warrington, at the development of 18 apartments, the construction of the timber frame completed and ready for the subsequent tradesmen within just 5 weeks.
